Developer Edward R. James Company has proposed an empty-nester development at 55th Street & County Line Road. The Hinsdale Meadows development will be on the parcel formerly known as "Sedgwick." Plan Commission discussions are ongoing.
The concept of an empty-nester planned development on this site was originally discussed at a public meeting on February 2, 2016. Based on feedback received at that time, the developer has drafted a concept site plan and elevations, which were presented to the Village Board on July 12, 2016.
