President Cauley announced at the May 19, 2020 Village Board meeting, that the Hinsdale Community Pool will not open for Memorial Day weekend as it traditionally does. The Village is awaiting further guidance from County and State health departments before making a final decision on the status of the pool for the summer.
Most other community pools have already announced cancellations for the 2020 summer season, and it may happen that Hinsdale will ultimately have to cancel as well, but for the time being the Village will be holding off as long as possible to see if there is an opportunity to open. Memberships will be prorated or refunded based on the final outcome.
Please contact the Parks & Rec Department with any questions or concerns at 630-789-7091 or parkrec@villageofhinsdale.org.
