In 2009, the Village Board created a long-term plan that contemplates $86.8 million in infrastructure improvements between 2010 and 2023. The Master Infrastructure Plan (MIP) is intended to:  

The MIP is subject to annual review by the Village's Engineering staff, and projects may be reprioritized based on current conditions.  

The April 5, 2016 Committee of the Whole MIP update is available here, showing progress made through the end of Fiscal Year 2015-16 (April 30, 2016).
