The summer brochure was delivered to all Hinsdale residents on March 19, Registration began March 26 for residents and April 9 for non-residents. Early bird pool membership rates are in effect through April 30. Regular membership rates begin on May 1st.
July 4th Parade Information
The parade is Wed, July 4 and begins at 10 am at Sixth & Garfield, heads north to First Street,
continue West to Grant Street, head south on Grant and end at Sixth and Grant.
The Festival celebration will be held on the grounds of Burlington Park from 11 am - 4 pm
Refreshments will be available for purchase and admission is free.
There is entertainment for the entire family.
PARK BENCH DONATIONS
Park Benches make great gifts to both your beneficiary and your favorite park! Best of all, your donation is tax deductible and supports parks community-wide! People may donate new or dedicate existing park benches. Whether existing or new, a donor recognition plaque will be installed on the bench. The Hinsdale Parks & Recreation Department offers year-round programming and activities designed to meet the leisure interests of Hinsdale residents. The Department also organizes a number of special events, including the 4th of July Parade and Festival, the Fall Family Festival, Holiday Express, and many other special events throughout the year.
